I am a Sales Executive and have worked for WDS since 2011 and I love working within such a great team. I joined WDS as an accounts apprentice when I left sixth form but now it is my role to look after everyone and everything. I joined WDS this year as an IT and service apprentice. I will be studying at 3AAA and also working out in this field. I have always believed that you should enjoy what you do for a living. I always loved working with technology and learning how things worked, so I decided to turn that into a career. With my current knowledge and the training I will receive I aim to become a qualified service engineer.
We have been working with WDS for over 10 years and we are delighted with the service and products we receive from them. End user training is vital to ensure that our clients get the maximum benefit from their investment. We appreciate that new digital equipment usability is essential for all users and without proper usage the machines may not be used to their full potential.
Our dedicated team are available to train your staff once the new solution has been installed. Training is also key for our existing clients as staff turnover is commonplace in many businesses.
WDS recognises the importance of providing its clients with the very best in service and support. We are fully approved maintainers for all of the products that we sell. Our maintenance technicians are available to clients giving telephone or on site support. Maintenance contracts offer peace of mind to clients and form part of the ‘click charges’.
With regards to service call outs, we aim to have an engineer with you within four hours.
Our installations are carried out with a degree of competence renowned in the industry as second to none. Our engineers will undertake to carry out installations with the minimum amount of fuss and disruption to our clients.
